Resource of the Month - Copyright Basics LibGuide
News item published on: 2023-09-15 13:22:00Each month, University Libraries highlights a resource from its collection. This month, we are highlighting the Copyright Basics LibGuide.
If you have questions about what you can and can’t use in a conference presentation or are confused about what materials you can share with online students through Canvas, the Copyright Basics LibGuide can help. This guide covers a full definition of copyright law, resources specific to students, and resources specific to faculty and staff. We even have examples, or case studies, from students, faculty, and staff that we have worked with directly to answer questions about copyright law.
Nothing on this guide is to be taken as legal advice; we aim to provide resources for the campus community to make educated decisions regarding copyright law. If you have questions, please contact the University Libraries Copyright Taskforce at .
