Preventing Plagiarism Tutorial

University Libraries is offering a tutorial on how to prevent plagiarism. In this seminar, a librarian will give examples of plagiarism and how it could have been prevented by the proper use of quotations and citations. The librarian will also show examples and discuss how other researchers have included research in their writing.

Students will gain a better understanding of what plagiarism is, how it can be avoided by correctly using references, and how to include research in their assignment.
