Gulf Coast Library Opens 24/7 Study Room

The Gulf Coast Library 24/7 Study room is now open to all Southern Miss students, faculty, and staff. The room, located on the first floor of the Gulf Coast Library, is open 24 hours a day and seven days a week. A valid Southern Miss identification card is required to access the room. 

The room, furnished with tables and chairs, contains a treadmill desk, vending machines, WEPA printing station, computers, restroom, security camera and phone. Food and drink are allowed but restricted from the computer desks and WEPA printer. The room also has a microwave and a Keurig (users are required to bring pods and cups) to better accommodate the student’s study needs.
