Gulf Coast Library Hosts Photography Exhibit

The University of Southern Mississippi Gulf Coast Libraries will feature a photography exhibit by coast photographer Jason Taylor beginning Monday, Oct. 29, at the university’s Gulf Park campus in Long Beach. Taylor, an amateur naturalist with a professional background in the environmental sciences, will exhibit photographs that feature nature, landscape, and wildlife and display the Mississippi Gulf Coast's many diverse and beautiful natural areas. Taylor’s work has been featured in publications, galleries and cultural centers throughout south Mississippi.

The Gulf Coast Library will host an artist reception for Taylor on Thursday, Nov. 1, from 3-5 p.m. in the library. The exhibit will be available for viewing through Monday, Dec. 3.
