Gulf Coast Library Exhibits Artwork of Faculty, Staff

The University of Southern Mississippi Gulf Coast Library is currently exhibiting artwork created by members of the university’s faculty and staff. The exhibit will be on display through the end of May and a reception honoring the artists will be held Thursday, May 29, 2014, 3-5 p.m. in room 204 of the library, which is located on the Gulf Park campus in Long Beach.

Works include paintings, pottery, photography, home décor, handcrafted jewelry, handmade soaps, baskets, quilts, detailed needlework, quilling and wood art, among a variety of other art displays. Select items are available for purchase and all items are available for viewing during regular library hours.
