de Grummond Society
The de Grummond Society is a way for you to lend your support and help advance the de Grummond Children’s Literature Collection. The Collection would not be able to carry out its mission of collecting, preserving and providing access to the best in children's literature year after year if it were not for the generosity of our contributors and donors, publishers and friends throughout the United States and the world.
One of the most popular gifts that academic libraries enjoy is an endowment. Since endowments provide a flow of income each year, librarians can count on the money being available for the purchase of new materials, new technology or upgrades to study space. Endowments can be given in one lump sum, completed in installments, or made as part of a planned gift. You can find out more about endowments here.
Planned Giving is the process of making a deferred charitable gift. Common types of planned gifts include wills and bequests, life insurance policy, or charitable gift annuities. To learn more about planned giving, click here.
Gifts in Kind
The Libraries welcome gifts of original materials, books, photographs, reports, maps and other items that fall within the scope of our collecting activities.
Cook Library is not accepting donations of materials at this time. Gulf Coast, Gunter, and McCain Libraries will continue to accept donations within the scope of collecting activities.
The Bricks-To-Books campaign is an opportunity to commemorate your support of Gulf Coast Library while raising funds to purchase books for Gulf Coast Library’s collection. Your participation helps us generate funds that are desperately needed in these days of shrinking budgets coupled with increasing student enrollment at the Gulf Park Campus.
